    Live lecture followed by Q&A with an industry leader.

    Lecture discussion + Q&A with the BA team, past-lecture recap, and short participant presentations.

    Introduction and networking session for all participants.

    Career Skills session
    Two live sessions (10:00 & 18:00 CET). An HR & recruitment specialist from the battery industry shares best practices.
    Week 12
    19 to 23 July 2027
    Round Table & Graduation
    Round table debate with leading battery and energy experts, followed by the certificate ceremony and programme wrap-up.

    Individual lecture dates can shift by a day when a lecturer's schedule requires it. Confirmed times are shared in the cohort calendar.

    Optional case study track

    An optional track open to all participants: roughly 2 hours per week, or 15 to 25 hours over 12 weeks. Four meetings on Wednesdays at 17:00 CET plus individual and group work. Participants review several cases, then join a team of 2 to 5 to write and present their own.

    Track timeline, the cases analysed in meetings 2 & 3, and topics of synergy for group work.

    2nd meeting
    Case study 1: HBS case analysis. 2 hr individual prep + 1 hr session.
    Week 3
    3rd meeting
    Case study 2: Battery Associates case analysis. 2 hr individual prep + 1 hr session.
    Week 4
    Case study writing prep
    What makes a good case study and group work. Case work review.
    Week 5 to 10
    Independent & group work
    Preparatory meetings plus independent and group work. 2 to 3 hrs per week (≈10 to 15 hrs).
    Week 11 to 12
    Case study presentations
    Group case studies presented during office hours.

    Alongside the cohort

    Mentorship Programme

    Two 1:1 virtual meetings of around 30 minutes each, connecting like-minded people to support the career path.
